Rooted: Reproductive Health
Community Health Resources
I've collected resources from my years of studying reproductive health as a full-spectrum doula and have made them available for folks to access.
- DIY Gynecology
- Fertility Awareness Method
- Queer Baby Making
- Childbirth Preparation
- Herbal Medicine
- Top Surgery
- Various other things like a paleo bread recipe and a self-care idea map
I am by no means giving a full overview or in-depth education on each of these subjects. This is a collection of resources to utilize in your own learning process, to spark interest and inspire you to learn more, or to add to your own collection of resources.
I will add material to these categories as I receive or create them.
